Landscape, Tree & Snow Services for HOAs and Property Managers

One accountable contractor for your property all year: grounds maintenance, tree care and winter operations. You get a dedicated account manager, written storm records, and a live answer 24/7.

Since 1995, Bill’s Landscaping has worked with condominium associations, homeowners associations, property management companies, retail plazas and municipalities across Hartford County and into western Massachusetts. We know that boards and managers answer to residents, owners and insurers. Our job is to make your property look right, stay safe, and leave you with the paperwork to show it.

Why it matters at renewal time

Slip-and-fall claims and storm damage show up on an association’s loss runs and can drive up master policy premiums. Choosing a contractor who follows recognized standards and keeps thorough records is one of the most practical ways a board can manage that risk.
